Born in a land of ice and snow, Sophia North grew up on a steady diet of Judith McNaught, Johanna Lindsey and Amanda Quick. In time, the allure of writing called and she answered as any aspiring romance writer would…she packed her meagre belongings and moved overseas to live in the UK. A land where castles, stone circles and magical realms are, well…everywhere!
Flash forward many years later and Sophia now spends her time between the land of her birth and the UK, her spiritual homeland. With her star-crossed Knight in Shining Armour and black and white cat in tow, she has learned the finer points of international travel. Her top tip being: felines are inclined to bolt whilst going through airport security. Be nimble.
A big fan of the paranormal genre, Sophia loves to write exciting, fast-paced novels featuring hot alpha males and smart, sassy heroines. She enjoys creating mysterious worlds within worlds and delights in keeping her readers on the edge of their seats with gripping plot twists and interesting characters.
